We've been quite quiet the last while in terms of recipes, mainly because as many of you know myself and DJ are both final year students at university. So, between university work, bookings and the other little projects we've had in the pipeline time has unfortunately been at a premium.
Just the other week I happened to be given a bottle of Fireball Cinnamon Whisky as a gift, with winter well and truly upon us I thought what better use for the whisky than to create a seasonal spiced cocktail, to help keep us warm over these chilly winter nights!
50ml Lemon Juice
25ml Sugar Syrup
50ml Fresh Pressed Apple Juice
1 Egg White
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters (Fee Brothers)
